Keystone Species, Native Plants, Pollinators, Resilience, Whole Ecologies, Connectivity, Easy Solutions

Class 2: Design on May 20:

Food Sovereignty, Water Conservation, Sunlight, Deer, Sequestering Carbon, Permaculture Principles, Food Forests, Medicinal Plants, Species Selection

Class 3: Soil Health on June 17:

Why Organic?, Mulching, Composting & Worms, Mycorrhizal Fungi, Soil Testing, Techniques

Carol "Kate" Wilburn of Phoenixes Rising: certified permaculture designer, teacher, writer, artist, communitybuilder, engineer. Decades of hands-on experience in sustainable lifestyles & ecological design.

Therese Robbins of Heart Beet Herbal Remedies: certified permaculture designer, certified herbalist, long-time organic gardener, & teacher, with 3+ years experience in wildcrafting and herbal wellness.

Caitlyn Lewis of Soil Cycle Missoula: her passion for composting-- born of environmental concerns regarding wasted food-- has grown into a love for all things soil. She has a particular fondness for worms and microbes!
